    Een dag die draait om de toekomst van IMA Netherlands én om jou als onderdeel daarvan.

    Je neemt deel aan een compleet programma waarin strategie, besluitvorming en ontmoeten samenkomen. Dit is het moment om niet alleen aan te haken, maar echt mee te denken en invloed uit te oefenen.

    In de ochtend stappen we bewust uit onze vertrouwde rol. We kijken naar IMA Netherlands als organisatie en nemen plaats aan tafel als gesprekspartner op strategisch niveau. Samen bepalen we de koers voor de komende jaren.

    Dat klinkt serieus, maar juist deze setting zorgt voor scherpe gesprekken, nieuwe inzichten en verrassend veel energie.

    Vanaf 13:00 openen we de dag voor business partners en verbreden we het netwerk. Voor leden loopt het programma naadloos door. De combinatie van inhoud en ontmoeten maakt dat je naar huis gaat met nieuwe ideeën, frisse energie en waardevolle connecties.

    09:00 – 13:00 | Strategie & AGM (Annual General Meeting)

    Strategie workshop
    We gaan samen aan de slag met de strategie van IMA Netherlands voor de komende jaren. Een plan dat we met elkaar vormgeven.

    De focus ligt op groei, verbinding en professionele ontwikkeling. De centrale vraag: wat betekent dit concreet voor ons als community?

    Executive Chair Julia Schmidt is deze dag aanwezig om ons te supporten en faciliteren bij de workshop. Een mooie kans om perspectieven te verbinden en samen verder te kijken dan alleen vandaag.

    Lunch & AGM
    Tijdens de lunch vindt de Annual General Meeting plaats. Hier nemen we de besluiten die richting geven aan de toekomst van onze vereniging.

    Dit is niet alleen een formeel onderdeel, maar hét moment waarop we samen verantwoordelijkheid nemen. We kiezen ook het nieuwe bestuur. Jouw aanwezigheid maakt hier echt het verschil.

    13:00 – 16:00 | Inspiratie, beleving & ontmoeten

    In de middag verandert de sfeer en maken we ruimte voor inspiratie en ontmoeting.

    Samen met onze business partner Hilton Hotels nemen we je mee in hun wereld. Je ontdekt het verhaal achter het merk, hun aanwezigheid in Nederland en de bijzondere setting van Soestduinen.

    Daarna gaan we naar buiten voor een golfclinic. Laagdrempelig, actief en vooral een leuke manier om elkaar op een andere manier te leren kennen.

    We sluiten af met drinks & bites. Tijd om bij te praten, nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten en de dag ontspannen af te ronden.

    Missverständnisse, unterschiedliche Erwartungen, Zeitdruck: Konflikte entstehen oft schneller als gedacht – gerade dort, wo viele Interessen aufeinandertreffen.

    Im Assistenzalltag ist das kein Ausnahmefall, sondern Teil des „Spielfelds“, auf dem täglich agiert wird.

    In diesem Impulsvortrag zeigt Jessica Sanchez, wie sich Konflikte frühzeitig erkennen, souverän ansprechen und lösungsorientiert bearbeiten lassen – mit konkreten Beispielen und Impulsen, die sich direkt in die Praxis übertragen lassen.
