IMA Cyprus - Lecture on "Self-esteem: The Oxygen of Mental Health"

IMA CYPRUS invites its members to an interesting lecture on "Self-esteem: The Oxygen of Mental Health" with Dr. Eleonora Papaleontiou-Louca - Associate Professor, Developmental & Educational & Cognitive Psychology at the European University Cyprus.

Dr. Papaleontiou-Louca will give us advice on topics such as:

* Self-esteem - how it relates to mental health

* Characteristics of people with high and low self-esteem

* Ways to develop our self-esteem 

At the end of the presentation we will have the opportunity to address questions to Dr. Papaleontiou-Louca
