By the end of this workshop participants will be able to:

* Identify and challenge common high-performance stereotypes and their impact on potential.

* Understand a human, practical definition of high performance through real-world examples.

* Reframe limiting beliefs through guided reflection and interactive exercises.

* Apply effective goal-setting strategies to create a realistic plan for 2026.

* Understand the purpose and evolution of goal setting through storytelling.

* Clarify professional and/or personal goals and identify key supports needed to achieve them.

* Establish accountability practices that support peer connection and sustained action.

Hassan Al-Shohaty Bio:

Hassan is an accredited executive coach and founder of HMS Coaching. He partners with companies to turn senior managers into high-performing leaders by sharpening the habits, mindset, and communication. His approach is built on a simple principle: high performance isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing less. His practical, direct style helps leaders notice the small differences that make a huge impact. Before coaching, Hassan spent 15+ years in investment advisory across London, Dubai, and Cyprus, eventually heading a department within a Big Four firm. His commercial background gives his leadership insights a grounded, no-nonsense edge. Hassan is accredited at Executive Coach level by the Association for Coaching, certified by the EMCC at Practitioner level, and an accredited NLP Practitioner. He holds a BSc (Hons) from Queen Mary University of London and an MSc from Bayes Business School.
