IMA Cyprus - Cultural & Networking event at the Basket Weaving Museum - Choirokitia

IMA Members, their families & friends had a wonderful time learning how to prepare and weave with bamboo  to prepare the Cypriot baskets.   During the visit is where  culture, tradition and gastronomy  met   with the visit to the museum, the traditional Cypriot decorated rooms and the home-made delicacies of Mr Petros Nikolaou who  make s on the sport the  traditional halloumi cheese  and other  traditional Cypriot  delicacies which we had the opportunity to taste!

No wonder the Basket Weaving Museum is categorised under the "Heartland of Legends" by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism of Cyprus.
