Adaptability in action: Building your inner supports
There is nothing more constant than changes.
And what we can often hear is "You need to adapt".
But what does it really mean and how to do it in practice? What exactly do we need to do, to adapt without losing ourselves and not tolerating what we do not have to.
How to keep your resourceful state, motivation and move on no matter what? And win.
High adaptability skills has always been my competitive advantage (I even have it in my CV :) ), and at this webinar I will share with you how to develop it, grow and build your inner supports to feel more adaptive and easier navigate in the flow of changes and external circumstances.

"I started working as a PA when I was 18. And during my 16 years experience working with GMs, CEOs, business owners, and being the Assistant-Consultant to the Members of Ukrainian Parliament, I had to adapt to different bosses, cultures, environments and circumstances. Not only to adapt, but to succeed wherever I was. And grow.
Later on, I was managing the Team of PAs of TOP Management in “Danone Ukraine”, and then was in charge of Change Management during SAP implementation in the same company.
In 2019 I decided to go for more, and founded PAs School, teaching PAs to GMs in multinational companies, national holdings and the President's Office.
In 2022, I had to leave home in a few hours. I reached Spain with my family, and started life from scratch.
I worked in a couple of companies in global positions, and after the position I loved and enjoyed was cut, I had to rebuild my life again :)
Now I'm helping admin professionals & HR BPs to level up the job they do by working deeply with mindset, psychology of relationships and conflict resolution, building internal and external supports, self-confidence. Adaptability, change management, resourceful state as a key inner support, CAN DO attitude are all the topics we tackle. And this is where I feel I'm in my place."
