Member Roula Korobili will present the topic: "Human Relationships in Our Workplace."

It is an innate desire and need in people to feel that they belong to the social whole. This is one of the most essential motives for a person’s development. If it is not fulfilled from the embryonic stage, it wounds the personality and continues into adult life.

In the workplace, many human behaviors are motivated by the need to satisfy this desire—namely, the need to belong to a group—because through this, a person becomes important, useful, and enjoys both their own achievements and those of the group to which they belong.

After the presentation, there will be a discussion and answers to questions or concerns.
