IMA Summer School: Agentathon Der Einstieg in die Welt der Copilot Agents
Während viele schon im Sommermodus sind, nutzen wir den Abend für einen Blick auf das, was den Arbeitsalltag gerade verändert: KI-Agenten und digitale Helfer, die wirklich entlasten können.
Assistenz bedeutet koordinieren, organisieren, mitdenken und oft viele Themen gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten. Wie wäre es, wenn dabei digitale Helfer unterstützen, die genau zu den eigenen Aufgaben und Abläufen passen?
In diesem interaktiven Summer-School-Format zeigt Katja Beckmeyer von thinkworks einen einfachen und greifbaren Einstieg in die Welt der Copilot Agents. Gemeinsam wird betrachtet, wann sie wirklich hilfreich sind – und wo der klassische Copilot Chat an seine Grenzen stößt.
Außerdem lernen die Teilnehmenden Microsoft Agents wie Researcher, Analyst oder Prompt Coach kennen, die bei Recherche, Analyse, Strukturierung oder Kommunikation unterstützen können.

Es wird ein eigener Agent erstellt – abgestimmt auf individuelle Aufgaben, Abläufe und Bedarfe. Ganz ohne Technik-Kauderwelsch und ohne Programmierkenntnisse.
Der Fokus liegt klar auf:
Am Ende steht nicht nur neues Wissen, sondern auch ein konkreter digitaler Helfer, der direkt im Arbeitsalltag eingesetzt werden kann.
Ein eigener Laptop kann gerne mitgebracht werden, damit direkt mitgearbeitet und der eigene Agent erstellt werden kann.

Wer als Assistenz heute zukunftssicher aufgestellt sein möchte, sollte die Möglichkeiten von Künstlicher Intelligenz kennen, verstehen und für sich nutzen können. Genau hier setzt dieser Workshop an.
In zwei interaktiven Sessions erhalten die Teilnehmenden Einblicke in aktuelle Entwicklungen rund um KI, diskutieren die Auswirkungen auf Unternehmen und Arbeitskultur und lernen konkrete Anwendungsfälle für den beruflichen und privaten Alltag kennen. Dabei geht es nicht nur um Tools, sondern vor allem um die Kompetenzen, die in einer zunehmend KI-geprägten Arbeitswelt gefragt sind.

Von der Chat-Nutzung zum eigenen Agenten – Skills für die Next-Level-User
Viele nutzen KI bereits für Texte oder Recherchen. Doch die Entwicklung geht weiter: KI-Agenten übernehmen zunehmend eigenständige Aufgaben und eröffnen völlig neue Möglichkeiten.
Diese Session zeigt praxisnah, wie sich die KI-Nutzung aktuell entwickelt, welche Fähigkeiten künftig besonders wichtig werden und wie moderne KI-Werkzeuge produktiv eingesetzt werden können. Interaktive Challenges sorgen dabei für einen lebendigen und praxisnahen Wissenstransfer.
