  Dominic Gorham is the Guest Relations Manager at Sommerro in Oslo, and a hospitality legend whose career spans nightlife, branded venues and luxury hotel service.

  At Sommerro, Dominic came on board before the hotel’s opening to help shape its guest-experience culture. His work emphasises service, atmosphere, and the “wow” factor: training staff, setting standards and ensuring every guest encounter meets the hotel’s high bar.

  Therese Solli leder Sommerros ikoniske Vestkantbadet – et historisk bad fra 1930-tallet som i dag er 1400 kvm med gym -og velvære, samt en medlemsklubb.

  Med over 18 års erfaring fra treningsbransjen og flere år i hotellnæringen, har hun opparbeidet en dyp forståelse av hvordan aktivitet, service og kultur kan forenes for å skape helhetlige opplevelser for både gjester og medlemmer.

  Før Sommerro var hun leder for Spa og Fitness ved Britannia Hotel i Trondheim, der hun bygget bro mellom trening, restitusjon og hotellopplevelser –I dag har hun en sentral rolle i utviklingen av trenings & velværekonseptet på Sommerro hvor vi bygger et sterkt miljø for både medlemmer og gjester.
