We are thrilled to return to the Century City Conference Centre (CCCC) to experience their newly opened meeting space, The Verve. If you attended last year's conference, you know you're in for a treat with IMA and CCCC.
This year’s conference theme, "Simply Bee" promises to inspire and motivate, offering fresh insights and perspectives on various aspects of the Assistant career. Our lineup of speakers includes accomplished individuals who will share their experiences and life journeys.

CONFERENCE PAYMENT TERMS
- All invoices must be paid within 21 days of issue.
- Registration payments must be received at least 7 days before the conference.
- Only participants with paid registrations will be permitted to attend the conference.
- Send proof of payment to financeofficer@sa.ima-network.org.
- Once proof of payment is received, your registration will be complete, and you will receive a confirmation email.
PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY
- Only written cancellations will be accepted.
- Send your cancellation to eventcoordinator@sa.ima-network.org
- For a full refund (minus a R100 admin fee), your cancellation must reach us on or before 1 September 2024 to the above email.
- Cancellations after 1 September 2024 will not be refunded, but we will accept a substitute replacement.
- If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute attendee in your place at no additional cost. Please inform us before the conference at the above email address.
- No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
IMA South Africa NPC is committed to doing everything in our power to proceed with the event as planned. However, if the minimum number of delegates is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. In such a case, any payments received will be refunded (minus a minor admin fee).
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
We are pleased to inform you that special accommodation rates have been arranged at the Urban Square Hotel exclusively for our event attendees. While you are free to book accommodation at any other establishment, the discounted rate is only available at the Urban Square Hotel.
