Heidi Frafjord holds a degree in Hotel Administration and Pedagogy and is also certified in value-based sales. In addition to her full-time position at HEIMR, Heidi is actively engaged with the University of Stavanger (UiS) and the Norwegian School of Hotel Management as a mentor, lecturer, and partner in initiatives aimed at increasing recruitment to our industry.
This will be a highly informative session focusing on personal development, motivation, and effective self-leadership.

Speaker: Nicola McCaffrey Nicola is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience from both public and private practice in the UK and Norway. She is passionate about mental health, with a particular focus on the challenges faced by expats and women in demanding work situations.

Service Leadership in Practice – including Motivation and Self-Leadership
Heidi Frafjord (HF) holds a degree in hotel administration and pedagogy and is certified in value-based sales. She works full-time as Director of Sales at Heimr Collection and has previously held leadership roles within Nordic Choice Hotels, Scandic Hotels, and the Stavanger region.
In addition she is engaged at the University of Stavanger and the Norwegian School of Hotel Management, where she serves as Head of the Mentorship Programme and as a guest lecturer. She has held several board positions, including Norway Chess and Rogaland Sports Council, and has led committee work for major sporting events such as the UCI Road World Championships in Stavanger.
