We at IMA Norway are delighted to invite our members to this year’s Summer Party, which will take place at Latter! We’ll start the evening with an aperitif in their new stylish bar called SMIL (weather permitting, this will be outdoors), and then continue with a three-course dinner in their event space. If we’re lucky, there may also be an opportunity to watch a show at 8:30 PM at a very good price, but we won’t know for sure until closer to the event date. Information about this will be provided after the summer.

However, the role of management assistants has always been evolving, and our organization has been supporting its members to keep up with new requirements and adapt to the changing workplace since its foundation in 1974. With the adoption of computer-based tools and the emergence of digital assistants, the role of management support professionals continues to evolve, and IMA is here to support you every step of the way.
AI presents opportunities for management support professionals by automating routine tasks, enhancing data analysis, and facilitating decision-making. However, it also poses threats, such as job displacement and the need for professionals to adapt to new technologies. Successful integration of AI requires upskilling to leverage its benefits while addressing potential challenges. This is what this conference will focus on and give both inspirations and insights.
