This member meeting will be hosted by Equinor, where several of our members work. Equinor will present how they work with their management assistant pool, followed by a 2 hour training in Time management by Ingrid Dietrichson.

The 50th International Annual Conference will take place in Stockholm, Sweden on October 18, 2024 in the central venue Hilton Stockholm Slussen, with a fantastic view over Stockholm and the Old Town. The host is IMA Sweden.

However, the role of management assistants has always been evolving, and our organization has been supporting its members to keep up with new requirements and adapt to the changing workplace since its foundation in 1974. With the adoption of computer-based tools and the emergence of digital assistants, the role of management support professionals continues to evolve, and IMA is here to support you every step of the way.
AI presents opportunities for management support professionals by automating routine tasks, enhancing data analysis, and facilitating decision-making. However, it also poses threats, such as job displacement and the need for professionals to adapt to new technologies. Successful integration of AI requires upskilling to leverage its benefits while addressing potential challenges. This is what this conference will focus on and give both inspirations and insights.
