The way we work has changed. Hybrid roles, fast-paced schedules and high-pressure environments mean that clear communication, emotional intelligence and strong workplace relationships are more important than ever for Management Assistants.
This one-day, in-person course explores Transactional Analysis (TA) - a practical behavioural model that helps you understand workplace interactions, communicate more effectively, and respond to challenges with confidence and professionalism.
By attending this course, you will develop a deeper understanding of workplace interactions, communicate more clearly and professionally, handle difficult conversations with confidence, apply Transactional Analysis in your day-to-day work and strengthen your influence and effectiveness as a Management Assistant.
