This one-day, in-person course explores Transactional Analysis (TA) - a practical behavioural model that helps you understand workplace interactions, communicate more effectively, and respond to challenges with confidence and professionalism.
By attending this course, you will develop a deeper understanding of workplace interactions, communicate more clearly and professionally, handle difficult conversations with confidence, apply Transactional Analysis in your day-to-day work and strengthen your influence and effectiveness as a Management Assistant.

Registration is first come, first served, with limited places available.
Invoices must be paid within 15 days of issue and at least 5 days before the course. Email proof of payment to financeofficer@sa.ima-network.org.
Registration is confirmed only after payment is received.
Only paid participants may attend.
Cancellations & Substitutions: Only written cancellations to eventcoordinator@sa.ima-network.org will be accepted. Full refund minus R150 admin fee for cancellations on or before 12 June 2026. After 12 June, refunds are not available, but substitute attendees are accepted. No-shows or same-day cancellations due to illness are non-refundable.

Nontabiso Mthembu is an experienced consultant and change facilitator with over 21 years of corporate and consultancy experience across Africa. She focuses on leadership development, organisational culture and driving meaningful behavioural change. She is widely recognised for advancing female leadership and strengthening resilience, confidence and growth within organisations.
