Welcome to IMA East's Travel with Viking line to Åland.
Great Agenda with lot of visits:
Silverskär, Alandica, Hotel Artipelag, Park Alandia, Smakbyn, Sjöfarts museum and Ålands Destillety.
Viking Line would like to invite IMA East to a "extra everything" viewing trip together with selected hotels and conference facilities in Åland.
Take the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful weekend on two of Viking Line's newest ships.
We depart on Saturday with Viking Grace and see what conference facilities there are on board. Once ashore in Mariehamn, a full schedule awaits us where we really get to experience all of Åland's gems.
We end the evening at Havsvidden Resort with a lovely dinner and a good night's sleep.
On Sunday we head back to some of the fantastic places in Åland and at 14.25 we go on Viking Glory and head home to Stockholm, on board we are invited to a buffet and we arrive in Stockholm around 18.55.
The cost for the two days is 995 SEK/person for a part in a double room. If you want, you can bring a friend or partner for the same price. Cost in single room +200 SEK. In addition, there is a credit card fee of about SEK 40 per transaction. Payment upon registration se link below.

The 50th International Annual Conference will take place in Stockholm, Sweden on October 18, 2024 in the central venue Hilton Stockholm Slussen, with a fantastic view over Stockholm and the Old Town. The host is IMA Sweden.
We will have a moderator for the event who will lead us through an inspirational day with excellent speakers. We are going to talk about the evolution of management assistants in the digital era.
One of the first digital assistant, Siri, was introduced in 2011 by Apple, and this opened a door of possibilities for digital assistants in the workplace. Many have been asking themselves if digital assistants will outcompete management assistants in the future. However, the role of management assistants has always been evolving, and our organization has been supporting its members to keep up with new requirements and adapt to the changing workplace since its foundation in 1974. With the adoption of computer-based tools and the emergence of digital assistants, the role of management support professionals continues to evolve, and IMA is here to support you every step of the way.
AI presents opportunities for management support professionals by automating routine tasks, enhancing data analysis, and facilitating decision-making. However, it also poses threats, such as job displacement and the need for professionals to adapt to new technologies. Successful integration of AI requires upskilling to leverage its benefits while addressing potential challenges. This is what this conference will focus on and give both inspirations and insights.
