Verdiskaper 1 is run by Sigrun and Atle Vårvik. About Sigrun and Atle Vårvik: In 1994, Atle founded the nationwide organization MOT from scratch and revolutionized attitude-shaping work in Norway. Atle is an award-winning leader and one of Norway’s foremost experts in implementing resilience, with 30 years of experience in strengthening individual performance and achieving personal and professional success. When he stepped down from leadership after 27 years, MOT had expanded internationally and was established across four continents. Today, Atle works as a consultant and speaker for businesses throughout the country. Sigrun has several years of experience in international marketing and sales in the private sector. She was involved in the development of MOT from the very beginning in 1994 and served as International Director at MOT until 2021. She is now the CEO of Verdiskaper 1 AS. |
