David has over two decades of experience in the security sector and has provided robust security solutions to Her Majesty’s Ambassadors and Senior Military Leaders around the globe. In 2012, David moved to Brussels. For the past 12 years, he has served within the Close Protection Unit, once again providing timely security assessments and orientated resolutions to support the Organization's strategic objectives. He is nowresponsible for mission planning, logistics, equipment development and delivering trainingto the members of that Unit.

With the adoption of computer-based tools and the emergence of digital assistants, the role of management support professionals continues to evolve, and IMA is here to support you every step of the way.
AI presents opportunities for management support professionals by automating routine tasks, enhancing data analysis, and facilitating decision-making. However, it also poses threats, such as job displacement and the need for professionals to adapt to new technologies. Successful integration of AI requires upskilling to leverage its benefits while addressing potential challenges. This is what this conference will focus on and give both inspirations and insights.
