ShapeRole Purpose 

The Global Social Media Team Member supports the planning, creation, and delivery of content across IMA Global’s social media platforms. The role contributes to strengthening IMA’s visibility, engagement, and storytelling within the global professional community, while working collaboratively within the Global Social Media and MarCom teams. 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in communications, digital media, and international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities 

Content Support & Creation 

  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across IMA Global platforms 

  • Contribute ideas for posts, campaigns, and storytelling aligned with IMA’s values and initiatives 

  • Assist in maintaining consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity 


Campaigns & Initiatives 

  • Support social media communication for key global events, campaigns, and initiatives 

  • Assist with content preparation for launches, announcements, and member engagement activities 


Collaboration & Teamwork 

  • Work closely with the Global Social Media Coordinator on content planning and execution 

  • Collaborate with the wider Global MarCom team, including Web and Newsletter contributors 

  • Participate in team coordination and feedback cycles as needed Shape 

Ideal Profile 

Essential: 

  • Interest in communication, social media, and digital engagement 

  • Good written English skills 

  • Reliable, proactive, and collaborative team player 


Desirable: 

  • Basic familiarity with Canva or similar design tools (or willingness to learn) 

  • Creativity and curiosity around digital storytelling 

  • Comfort working in an international, volunteer-based environment Shape

    Shape 

    Role Purpose 

    The Vendor (Partner) Coordinator provides operational support for partner engagement at IMA Global. The role focuses on facilitating the coordination and activation of partner initiatives, ensuring that processes run smoothly across IMA Global, partner organisations, and national chapters. 

    Important: This role does not include ownership, decision-making, or management of partner relationships, which remain the responsibility of the Executive MarCom Officer. All volunteer activities operate under the guidance and framework set by the Executive team. 

    This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working cross-functionally and internationally to support operational processes.  


    Key Responsibilities 

    1. Partner Onboarding & Activation 

    • Support the activation of new partners by coordinating visibility assets, content setup, and access alignment. 

    • Introduce partners to relevant IMA teams and national chapters under guidance from the Executive MarCom Officer. 

    • Track onboarding milestones and deliverables to ensure processes are completed efficiently. 


    2. Operational Partner Support 

    • Act as the primary operational contact for assigned partners within defined limits. 

    • Maintain regular communication to facilitate partner activities, without making decisions on contracts or renewals. 

    • Assist with partner engagement initiatives and visibility activities. 

    • Escalate any issues or risks to the Executive MarCom Officer. 


    3. Internal Coordination 

    • Act as a bridge between partners and IMA country chapters. 

    • Coordinate partner offerings across national networks under direction from Executive MarCom Officer. 

    • Collaborate with Social Media, Web Support, and Newsletter teams to ensure partner deliverables are executed. 


    4. Project & Delivery Tracking 

    • Maintain simple tracking of partner deliverables, timelines, and engagement activities. 

    • Monitor progress and escalate potential delays or gaps. 

    • Support reporting on operational aspects of partner engagement. 


    5. Process Improvement 

    • Support the improvement of partner onboarding workflows. 

    • Collect feedback from partners and share with the Executive MarCom Officer. 

    • Contribute to enhancing the overall partnership experience while respecting confidentiality and GDPR requirements. 

    Skills & Experience 

    Essential: 

    • Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills. 

    • Project management or administrative experience (formal or informal). 

    • Ability to work independently and remotely. 

    • High attention to detail and process orientation. 

    • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones. 

    Desirable: 

    • Experience in partnerships, account management, marketing, or events. 

    • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels.

    • Any handling of partner information must have clear limits and approval from the Executive MarCom Officer.
