Tuija Seipell www.tuijaseipell.com is a Canadian keynote speaker, business advisor and editor. She was born and educated in Finland but has lived and worked in North America for the past 39 years, the last 32 of them in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

She’s a passionate advocate of customer experience and emphasizes the crucial role of emotions and hope in business and in life.
