We are excited to announce that we have our first PLATINUM partner: Trafo Baden | The Swiss Event Village
Trafo Baden in Switzerland saw IMA as the perfect partner to broaden their reach among people just like us - who organize meetings and conferences and require something special.
The Trafo Baden Convention Centre is located in the heart of the City of Baden, Switzerland, just next to Zurich.
Baden is famous for its thermal baths, its Grand Casino and its multicultural population, thanks to large Swiss and international corporations which call Baden their home.
The Trafo Baden is much more than just an event location. It is a real “Event Village”.
With over 4000 sqm and a total of 25 event halls, meeting rooms and exhibition spaces, the Trafo Baden is one of the largest and most flexible event location both in the greater Zurich area and in Switzerland.
Meeting space sizes go from 25 to 1400sqm and a wide array of events from corporate presentations, to concert and expositions up to 2500 people can be hosted here.
Apart from the Convention Centre it features an 81-room business hotel, five fully digitalized movie theatres and a 300-slot indoor parking.
A flexible "per person" concept rounds off our attractively priced event and seminar offering. We have intensively re-worked the topic of pricing policy and have successfully introduced our Delegate Rate Packages, pioneering this type of pricing in large event locations in the event industry in Switzerland.
Delegate rates are offered for seminars and dinners as well as for cocktail receptions and food festivals. The main venue rent is always included.
With a short 16 minutes train ride from Zurich main station, 35 minutes from Zurich International Airport the Trafo Baden is perfectly located.
