A special warm welcome to the Annual IMA Training Day 2018 which will be held in Barcelona. The topic is “The Digital Age” – Your Online Brand Matters – Be Strategical!”

Join more than 200 assistants from over twenty countries for a valuable professional and personal experience. The Trainind Day venue, The Porta Fira Hotel, has an Award-winning design it is modern and contemporary and it simulates a lotus flower. The hotel is located next to Barcelona’s Trade Fair and only a short metro ride away from the city center and direct access to the airport.

  • Gabriella Picca

    Gabriella Picca is Senior Executive Assistant to the country managers of LinkedIn Spain and Portugal, LinkedIn Italy and LinkedIn France. She is a corporate event manager and in charge of spreading LinkedIn culture and values through many activities for the employees (INDays, personal development & training sessions). She was selected to join the LinkedIn International Culture Camp in US as one of the 50 world representatives of LinkedIn Culture. Gabriella has also office management duties and is a constant reference for her three countries. As a LinkedIn Ambassador, she tutored training sessions on LinkedIn tools to EAs in companies as Microsoft, or students in higher education institutions such as the University of Milan and the University of Pavia.

    After graduating in Foreign Languages and Literatures, Gabriella worked as a legal executive assistant for several international law-firms and as a Senior Executive Assistant to Directors at McKinsey & Company. Such experiences increased her organizational skills, her level of resilience, her endurance and time management.

  • Adam Fidler

    Adam Fidler is the Principal and Founder of Adam Fidler Academy, which offers inspirational teaching and learning for PAs, EAs and business support professionals. His most popular courses ‘Get Ahead as an Executive PA’ and ‘The Strategic Executive Assistant’ run regulalry in Manchester, London – and abroad.

    After graduating with a degree in business studies in 1999, Adam worked as a corporate Board-level Assistant in a variety of organisations, including The Boots Company PLC, Bank of America and Salford City College. He qualified as a teacher in 2008 and has, since then, educated hundreds of Assistants all over the world.

    Adam’s cutting edge perspectives on the true role of the Executive Assistant make him a leading authority and thought-leader in the industry, where his work has received worldwide acclaim.
