Na de zomer is het tijd om elkaar weer te ontmoeten. Op 2 september zijn we te gast bij Hotel & Conferentiecentrum Woudschoten in Zeist, een van de Business Partners van IMA Netherlands.

Onze gastheren Maurice Kniest en Viktor Glastra laten ons op hun enthousiaste manier kennismaken met Woudschoten. Een prachtige locatie, verscholen in het groen van de Utrechtse Heuvelrug, waar gastvrijheid, rust en inspiratie samenkomen. Ze vertellen wat Woudschoten zo uniek maakt en laten zien dat er achter deze bijzondere plek meer schuilgaat dan je op het eerste gezicht ziet.

Waarom verlopen sommige gesprekken moeiteloos en lopen andere steeds vast?

Als Executive Assistant ben je de verbindende schakel binnen de organisatie. Je werkt met bestuurders, collega's, klanten en leveranciers. Je voelt feilloos aan wat er speelt, schakelt snel en houdt voortdurend verschillende belangen in balans. Toch zijn er gesprekken die energie geven en gesprekken waarvan je denkt: waarom loopt dit iedere keer zo?

Tijdens deze workshop ontdek je hoe Transactionele Analyse (TA) je helpt om communicatie beter te begrijpen. Niet als ingewikkelde theorie, maar als een praktisch denkkader dat zichtbaar maakt wat er onder de oppervlakte gebeurt. Waarom reageert iemand op een bepaalde manier? Welke rol neem jij zelf onbewust aan? En wat gebeurt er als je die dynamiek herkent én weet te doorbreken?

Carolien Luning laat je kennismaken met bekende TA-principes, zoals de ego-posities Ouder, Volwassene en Kind, en de Dramadriehoek en Winnaarsdriehoek. Geen modellen die in een map verdwijnen, maar inzichten die je direct anders laten kijken naar de gesprekken die je iedere dag voert.

Juist voor Executive Assistants is dat waardevol. Je bent vaak degene die verbindt, afstemt, vooruitdenkt en soms ook spanning opvangt. Hoe beter je begrijpt wat er in een gesprek gebeurt, hoe makkelijker je kunt schakelen, grenzen kunt aangeven en de regie houdt, ook als een gesprek lastig wordt.

Deze workshop biedt geen standaard communicatietraining. Het is een uitnodiging om met een andere blik naar jezelf én naar de mensen om je heen te kijken. Grote kans dat je na afloop niet alleen anders communiceert, maar ook anders luistert.

Over Carolien Luning

Als coach begeleidt Carolien professionals, leidinggevenden en ondernemers bij persoonlijke ontwikkeling, leiderschap, samenwerking en loopbaanvragen.

Zij weet uit eigen ervaring hoe veelzijdig, uitdagend en soms ook complex de rol van Executive Assistants kan zijn. Met ruim 35 jaar ervaring in het internationale bedrijfsleven, waarvan vele jaren als Executive Assistant, sluit zij moeiteloos aan bij de dagelijkse praktijk en uitdagingen.

Haar stijl is helder, toegankelijk en herkenbaar, waardoor complexe theorie al snel verrassend praktisch wordt.
